General Policy
Love Token is happy to exchange domestic orders or issue a refund for non-sale merchandise within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Items returned after 14 days are eligible for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the order.

Some Things to Consider
Returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, be free of defects and have all original tags attached. Returned merchandise should include the Love Token packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a tracking number to ensure the package does not get lost in the mail. If merchandise is returned without meeting the above requirements it will not be accepted and the customer will be charged for all shipping expenses.

Regular Merchandise
There is a 3 item exchange limit for non-sale merchandise after which no further exchanges will be made originating from the same order. This means you may only exchange up to 3 items per order.

Sale Merchandise
Store credit will be given for items returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation. There are no cash refunds for sale items.  There is a 1 item exchange limit for merchandise on sale after which no further exchanges will be made originating from the same order.

Gifts
Love Token does not offer refunds on gifts; however we are more than happy to exchange the item. If you have received an item as a gift and you would like to exchange it you may do so for a store credit and make another purchase at your own discretion. This must be done within 30 days of purchase. Gift returns made after the 30 day time limit will be subject to Love Token’s discretion. Please email us before shipping if you find yourself in this predicament.

Disclaimer
Love TokenUS.com can only accept returns and exchanges that were purchased at the LoveTokenUS.com website. Love Token cannot waive or refund shipping charges for returned merchandise. If an order is returned, Love Token will credit the entire order back minus the full amount for the cost of shipping. If 3 or more items are returned from a particular order, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
