Shipping Policy

Shipping from LoveTokenUS.com is currently free of charge in the United States! Please see our Return policy for exceptions. We always strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Internationl shipping rates are calculated based on the value of the total purchase. This includes Canada and Mexico.

Most orders placed prior to 12:00pm Pacific Time Monday - Friday will be processed that same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm Pacific Time may not be processed until the following business day. We do not process any orders on weekends or national holidays. Please provide a physical address as LoveTokenUS.com is unable to ship to PO Box locations. All credit cards are verified before shipping. In some cases this may delay shipping dates. Order acknowledgment, processing, and shipping information will be provided to you via email. Once your order has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number which can be used to view the status of your order by visiting the following link:   www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

Shipping Method

LoveTokenUS.com uses UPS Ground. Most items will be shipped within 24-48 hours from our location in Los Angeles. Depending on your location please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. 

Cancelations

Orders may be canceled prior to processing by calling 213-746-5722 during normal business hours. Once orders have been processed they cannot be canceled.
